By accessing or using UnGig (https://ungig.org), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use our Site.
UnGig is operated by Laval LLC, based in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania.
Our Mission
UnGig is a community platform helping gig economy workers transition to stable employment with benefits, security, and a future.
We provide:

Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Legally able to enter into contracts
- Not prohibited from using our services under applicable law
Account Registration
Creating an Account
To participate fully, you'll create an account with:

- Accurate profile information
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activity under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
We are not liable for losses from unauthorized account use.
Account Termination

- Remain inactive for extended periods
You may delete your account anytime through account settings.
Acceptable Use

Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, except:
- Small claims court matters
- Injunctive relief for intellectual property
By using UnGig, you waive the right to jury trial and class action.
Exceptions
Some jurisdictions don't allow arbitration requirements. If you're in such a jurisdiction, disputes will be resolved in courts of Pennsylvania.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UnGig.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to affiliates or in business transfers.
Force Majeure
We're not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
